Don't ever pay these people in advance. They don't finish the job. They did no rust prep. They were supposed to put a second coating on my mobile home. Promised me for 8 months they were coming. I told them my home is 22 years old and I wasn't supposed to have over a 180 pound person on it. Three people came and got on. I told them not to and they said they did this all the time and now I have a leak down the walls of my house inside. Never came back to clean the gutters as promised.
