My team met my needs exponentially.
The Provider was friendly, personable, listened to and answered all my concerns. I have chosen to see her several times when my Primary Care Provider isn't available.
The PA had spoken with my PCP and had her input. Additionally, she had reviewed my records prior to the appointment. Then she took as much time as needed to discuss the options and implications
She listens well and seems to actually care.
I receive prompt, friendly, courteous and professional help at every level each time I am in.
