I generally do not like sales people but these guys were honest with me and very accommodating. I’ve had no issues with the car. I drove three hours to get there and it was worth it!! My daughter is completing the purchase of her second vehicle from here, and we could not be happier with how she has been treated either time. One of our sons has also purchased a vehicle from here, and the way he was treated was outstanding. Assim and Diana are terrific people, and I would recommend SRT to anyone. Come see them at their new location on 301 in King George, near the SR 3 intersection. You will not be disappointed.
Save yourself some stress/credit hits and shop somewhere else
Stay away from this place! So much went wrong when I tried to purchase a car from SRT. The first day we went to look at the car, everything was great! Loved the car so I provided the necessary documentation, signed paperwork & put down a $4k down payment. The A/C needed to be fixed so we had to pick up the car the next day. Then things started to go downhill. They said they needed to see my physical social security card to have on file. NEVER heard of this with any dealership... Continue Reading
Pictures and salesman misleading, drove 3 hours to find out car is in terrible condition. Unprofessional owner, had earbuds in while talking with us. Very shady place with terrible cars do not recommend
Recently bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from SRT the sales experience was great! No pressure to purchase just exceptionally friendly service. When I returned to pickup the vehicle I encounter a problem but Assim (the owner) took care of it at his own expense. Also since I live in MD he ensured the vehicle would pass inspection. Originally I posted a great review on carguru, and google reviews. The initial purchase process was great. Zack was attentive and made sure I felt like my business was desired. Unfortunately shortly after purchasing I started experiencing issues with the vehicle. I had some work dont at SRT, axles replaced... headlights changed... serpetine belt replaced... oil change.
