Im hoping I get my part back. They say 24hr turnaround on their website but my part they've had since 02/14 and after asking multiple times for an update they send a tracking number that says it'll be her maybe Tuesday the 24th. Ten days and 24hrs are not the same. I hope its at least cleared when it gets here.

Stay away from this guy . Try to get extra money after Repair.
Worst company ever. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR SEATBELT HERE FOR REPAIR. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SEND IT BACK WITHOUT REPAIRING IT. They never return calls. I promise you that if you decide to conduct business with them, you should try calling them first. They won't pick up the phone. You can call from January till December. YOU WILL NOT GET A REPLY, RETURN CALL OR ANSWER FROM ANYONE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I REGRET WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY!
