An amazing group of people committed to doing the right thing. Took a car there believing for sure It needed new brakes and rotors…after looking at them they gave me the keys back and said no need right now, we’ll be glad to help when it’s time. No charge…just a professional pleasant exchange that proves they put the customers interests first.
I don't really even know where to begin. After BOTH my spouse and I's vehicles became unusable in one weekend (what are the chances?!), on the recommendation of a coworker, we had our Honda Pilot towed to SRS. After SRS diagnosed the Honda, and a dealership quoted $3000 to repair our other car, we quickly realized we wouldn't be able to be able to repair either of our 2 vehicles. Jeff Seldomridge and the team at SRS Tire and Auto bailed me out big time when my sports car broke down a thousand miles from home. He was very prompt and flexible with communication, charged a reasonable price and the work was done well. They are car guys too. My highest recommendation for SRS!
Great experience getting my tire repaired. I waited in the office for the repair to get completed and was thoroughly impressed with how professional the front desk was to all their customers on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.
