Couldn't add more stars unfortunately but ya know...back to the review! SRS Tire and Auto is great outfit. Brings you back to the ol' days of what they use to call a "service station". Because service is top notch there. If anyone needs to perform a PPI (pre purchase inspection) I recommend calling them among other things. They gave me a reasonable price on transmission flush and are thorough with explaining any findings even to the point of bringing you down to the lift so you can get under your car for a visual of any repa... read more
Went in for a battery issue, they immediately narrowed it down to corroded terminals and cleaned them for free. Quick service and very kind employees!
I had a punctured 16" trailer tire 14 ply all steel radial waisted 2 days in Boone at 5 other shops that couldn't patch plug this tire ,Kyle at SRS took it in and was repaired correctly at a more than fair price ,I highly recommend SRS
Another great experience at SRS. I won't go anywhere else. When my car broke down on the side of the road, I knew just where to have it towed. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the problem with my car was diagnosed quickly, and the mechanics were unquestionably skilled. They KNOW what they're doing.
