Came to get my van inspected, super fast and super friendly. Highly recommend.
Came to Boone for vacation and ended up Stranded in Blowing Rock. Called SRS Tire and Automotive and was extremely please with how professional and accommodating they were to help me. They had my alternator and serpentine belt completed within 3 hours. Thank you for getting my car and vacation back on track !!! 100% recommend them !!!!
My wife and I have been bringing our cars here since we settled in Boone a few years ago. SRS has been extremely helpful and transparent even inviting us down into the back to explain things that may need to be fixed. They have even inspected a vehicle that we wanted to buy at no charge to us and gave an honest opinion on the state of the car. We will be having SRS working on our cars from here on out.
Our second car needed some TLC. SRS was fantastic. Great communication and explanation of the car’s issues. They hoped to have it back to us sooner but originally had said 1 week and it was exactly that. The cost was reasonable. The car caused them more trouble than expected but that did not let deter them. Car is running great now.
We had a tire blow out while here from out of town. They were very helpful and accommodating even though it was a Friday at 4:45. All employees were friendly and ready to help do whatever it took to get us home. A+++++
