I needed my car checked after hitting a deer. They told me to come by and they'd get my car checked. They took my car back just a few minutes after I got there and made it safe to drive. I really appreciate they helping me on such short notice!
Dad here that literally brings a full set of tools, compressor, tire patch kit, etc. on every road trip. My family had to make the trip to Boone without me b/c of an injury and my wife got a chunk of road debris in her tire. She took her care to SRS and the folks there were amazing! Treated my family with kindness, generosity, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Thank you, sincerely appreciate you guys!!! Support this shop if you're in the Boone area.
Couldn't add more stars unfortunately but ya know...back to the review! SRS Tire and Auto is great outfit. Brings you back to the ol' days of what they use to call a "service station". Because service is top notch there. If anyone needs to perform a PPI (pre purchase inspection) I recommend calling them among other things. They gave me a reasonable price on transmission flush and are thorough with explaining any findings even to the point of bringing you down to the lift so you can get under your car for a visual of any repa... read more
Went in for a battery issue, they immediately narrowed it down to corroded terminals and cleaned them for free. Quick service and very kind employees!
