Service was excellent. This issue had been bothering my husband for a long time—I went to several repair shops and none of them could figure out the cause. Only this shop was able to identify the problem. They were also very patient in communicating with us and helped us save money by offering honest advice.
Long story short, took my Subaru to the local dealer and was told $3500 for all the repairs they happened to find. My car was throwing a bunch of codes from the electronic system, and essentially they suggested replacing/repairing everything that was throwing a code even though they didn't know what was going on exactly (but they did say my battery was bad!). SRS Tire and Auto is the ONLY shop I will go to in Boone. They are always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable when providing services & repairs; they also have reasonable prices on parts and labor compared to other local options. William in particular always goes the extra mile to ensure customers are taken care of and informed. These qualities are hard to come by in this industry & are why we will continue to choose SRS for our auto maintenance needs!
Our daughter’s jeep needed repair, took it in right away and finished same day. We are very pleased and people are very nice.
Super friendly staff that thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and what it would cost. I couldn't have asked for better!
