Reliable and honest
Seemed great up front but after 2 years disappeared and now 5 years into a 10 year Trane warranty we find out more bad news. No 10 year warranty was submitted by SRS. We now have to pay out of pocket for a new blower motor, beware of empty promises made by companies.
Robert is quick to come fix your problem in the heat or the cold! He’s honest and has a great ongoing service plan.
