Great experience!! From start to finish, the entire bathroom reconstruction process was handled with care and professionalism. They showed up on time, made sure they kept everything clean, explained each step thoroughly, and delivered beautiful, high quality work. I feel it very important to review this contractor so that others have warning of what we went through with them. They have very poor communication with little to zereo responses most of the time once they secure the job. They took on our entire home remodel after our home was in a fire. they received the insurance money but did not finish or complete the job and what was done had to be redone by new contractors with money out of our own pockets. we are currently in a lawsuit with them. Set up appointment for estimate and never did call me.tried to call the half dozen times got recording was away from her desk for three hours send to leave message the message sead its full not a way to run a business .pitifully.
