My fiance and I are trying to find a new place in Sarasota to move into at the end of April/beginning of May. We found what appears to be the perfect townhouse for us in the Parkridge community and we're ready to sign the contract -- we just wanted to tour the unit in-person first. Pam B. Casey of SRQ Properties was very curt in our messages and refused to even try to set up a tour this month. We're very disappointed.

Was looking for a place to rent in Sarasota Florida. Had everything lined up to rent. Then would not respond.🤷♂️ and finally did 2 days before move in date Oh you have to turn on water,electric, trash ECT and that is not included in the rent . Would not be a problem if you let people know HONESTLY WILL GET YOU BUISNESS. BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE yes I have the correct place you have my wife's name on file
