RecommendedThis is hands down the best gym in Sarasota! All the trainers are professional, and fun to work with. They really make it a personal experience for each person. Gym is SUPER clean, and all the equipment is brand new. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else after going here!
Its the perfect private fitness studio, great atmosphere and staff. The location is S Tamiami trl. The best part is its Very Clean, Small with great equipment and entry is with your trainer ONLY!. NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!! I LOVE TRAINING OUT OF THIS FACILITY ✌💪👍😁
Highly recommend this facility if you are serious about your health and fitness. I have been training with Noah for over two years. He has helped build my strength, muscle, flexibility, and balance so much without ever getting hurt. I lost the 20 pounds I wanted too by working hard and staying consistent. I would highly recommend Noah- he is the real deal with fitness. You will achieve your goals and learn a lot. No more chiropractors or a difficult time sleeping... life changing.

Great facility with outstanding trainers that focus on every individual's special needs. They also work very hard to create an environment where everyone can work out comfortably and feel like part of the family. My wife and I highly recommend Jen as we have worked with her since SRQ opened its doors but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the trainers available at SRQ Health & Fitness! Its a great place to work out!

This place is awesome! Exercise is not my Number 1 favorite thing to do, but I really enjoy my sessions with my trainer, Jen Clarke. SRQ Health & Fitness Studio is such a friendly place, and there are lots of laughs along with the workouts. The trainers work with people of all ages and fitness levels, and they want their clients to succeed. I really appreciate all that Jen does to help my husband and me to stay strong and flexible!

Great gym with the greatest trainers. Equipment always works and the place is spotless. Having a personal trainer makes workouts efficient and more productive. SRQ Health and Fitness Studio is a small very friendly, fun place to workout. Dario, the king, makes me laugh so hard I forget I am doing something that is challenging my body. Going to SRQ is time and money well spent.
