They are fine with general maintenance & service calls, but do not buy a new unit from them. I paid a lot of money and my unit has never cooled well during the summer months, which I am being reminded of again now that it is hot. I turn my unit down when I get home from work and it does not go down even one degree for about 5 hours. Sometimes it even goes up a degree. It's still hot when I go to bed. It finally cools down in the middle of the night.
