DO NOT rent from this company. Upon moving out of the townhouse I leased the company charged me to repair items that were clearly marked on the move in sheet as being damaged prior to my move in. I have leased from several companies in the past and this is the only company that has charged me for damages caused by a prior tenant. If I could go back in time I would run far far away from any listings posted by this company.
I am a current property owner and not an angry tenant and I would not advise anyone to use this company to manage your rentals. They have a lot of excuses as to why they take so long to get things done and it's mainly because they have too many. The owners ( who keep them in business) are just a number and they couldn't care less about the time it takes to get your property ready for rent.
