We cannot praise Therese at Beach Bum Realty ENOUGH, We are overseas buyers who were only in Daytona for 1 week, Not only did she arrange for us to see many, many properties in our time there, she listened to what we were after and did not waste our time on anything that was not to our specifications. Teresa did what two other retired part-time realtors could not do. She sold my house in three days they had a full one year on the market. She was an absolute pleasure to work with we set a price on the house and she sold it instantly.
