I tried renting from this property management, and carol took my 40 dollars for the application fee. Needless to say she never ran the application because the house was not big enough for 4 people. She told me i would get my application fee back ( which was in July). Ive contacted her many times via phone, showing up at the office, leaving notes and emails and still have not recieved my money back. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DONT TRUST THEM.
