The top brass doesn’t care too much about their plants equipment or how bad the water quality is , like the one in Lebanon where the swivel head will turn by itself, this is a great place if you’re looking for long hours but dealing with old janky equipment that isn’t ever going get fixed and that you’re going get blamed on is another issue at their concrete plants
