I would give 0 stars if possible. Had concrete delivery set up for weeks. On day of delivery have a crew on site waiting for scheduled concrete. SRM informs me they will not take an "out of state" credit card despite previously telling me they will take a credit card over the phone. The only other options were cash or cashiers check. Job was set up weeks in advance not possible to get my company to hand out cash or get a cashiers check for the amount necessary within the hour. I would give 0 stars if I could. The driver stiffed me $500 on a job I worked with them. I do not recommend this company!!
Would rate zero if I could. Driver screamed disgusting derogatory things at my wife for no reason, might have done worse if I hadn't stepped in. Sent the pathetic coward running and now we're looking elsewhere for concrete. We've heard Reliable Concrete is the way to go.
Great place to pick up a load of gravel.
You have terrible workers... I left a message at the McCain Materials number about this issue as well.. I'll keep all the details off of here for now. Hope to hear back from someone and this issue gets resolved sooner then later
