Had concrete come Friday had it delivered and it was setting 10-15 minutes after it left the truck called 3 times that day talked to a GM and he said he would come out the next day to look it and still haven’t showed up or received a call will charge them for Liquidated Damages really unpleasant with the product
We placed an order and it was confirmed yesterday (friday) to arrive Saturday at 10:00 a.m , my husband is still waiting and its 11:35 right now and they still have not arrived , and when qe call the office they said they dont have any info on the truck, and tranfered him 3 rimes to taht dwpartment and not one of the 3 times did they answer
The delivery was about an hour late. The mix was not consistent between trucks. However, all three drivers were awesome and everyone at the office was very kind and supportive. I would recommend them based on the service alone.
I’m disappointed with the service I received from this concrete company and I was sure it would be awesome after reading reviews. First the company shows up an hour and a half late and that costed me $250.00 in wait time with a pump service company. Then they didn’t bring enough concrete which was poorly mixed so instead of having a nice even slab, it’s uneven and rough and the employee had a very rude attitude. My next door neighbors wanted to use this company and after sharing my experience, they changed their minds.
