Terrible mix , always cracking concrete, no customer service. I was spending 30-50k a month with these guys and our sales rep Garrett wouldn’t even respond to text when things went wrong . This guy is a real piece of work. And shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. Stay far far away from this crappy company with terrible customer service and no support . Was a good company when owner by Martin Marietta . Ever since they came to town the mix has been Terrible and customer service is non existent
Back in November my car was hit in front of my house by an SRM concrete truck. I have doorbell camera footage of this as well as two witnesses. The SRM truck did not stop, they hit my car and after they were told they hit my car they left anyways. As if that isn’t bad enough I call the office. The lady I spoke to immediately asked me to not involve insurance so we could handle this privately. Their truck driver has a hard time pulling into CR Minerals in the morning. Didn't use his blinker and turned his brights on blinding me as I waited to turn left
Read the review By Dan L and wished I could have responded to his review. As a concrete contractor myself I've worked with those colors as well. Yes it does go through a dull stage. After 3-4 weeks you come back with a commercial grade sealer. Not the Home Depot or Lowe's Stuff. The key to ANY COLOR CONCRETE is YOU HAVE TO SEAL IT to get the color to come back.
