I can't in good conscience leave a good review. This company delivered concrete to my home 4/13/2023. The drum on the truck didn't turn 95% off the time it was here. The concrete came out the chute extremely thick and was hardening within minutes of application. I spoke with someone names Joe I believe and was told that they did everything on their part and it was the fault of my inexperienced contractor (who had over 20 years experience by the way). Hands down the worst experience I have had with a company. Called for a price for concrete, delivered the next day but with a price jump. Called to talk with Tom to ask why. As soon as I said my name he starting being a jerk saying I called him 6 times the previous day which I never called him the day before my son did on a different number. Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. Will never use again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company with worse people serving in the customer service department... unable to admit to a mistake, they let an old disabled man pay twice for concrete after they brought a hot truck... couldn't even spread it from form to form before it started hardening.. SRM Concrete's driver left his mixer, at the very top of the truck, lifted while driving down my driveway and almost tore my power lines out of the side of my house. The insulator holding the electric wires is barely still attached. Driver apologized repeated saying it was his fault for not watching what he was doing. I called the company and got a response 3 days later saying - Oh well, you signed the receipt and paid the driver so we have no liability and its on you to fix it. I just want to thank SRM Concrete. I was driving down the road and a huge piece of wood flew out of their company truck and I hit it. It made my tire go completely flat and luckily there was a cop who already knew about what happened. The officer came to my car and helped me put my spare tire on. Long story short, the officer told me that it was SRM Concrete fault of the huge piece of wood I hit and to contact them and maybe they could reimburse me... that's exactly what I did and sure enough they did. I work with this company on a daily basis since I work in the construction field. They are responsive, attentive, and have excellent quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for concrete. I work exclusively with them in the concrete field because they far outshine their competitors.
We have used Smyrna Ready Mix on multiple large commercial jobs, and they continually provide the best service. They are always able to deliver quality concrete day or night, hot or cold weather, it does not matter.
Very Good people and responsive guys, high quality and well knowledge.
