I am happy with my decision to go with SRL for our project for the following reasons: - Sam returned calls and responded to emails promptly - the guys working at the house were professional - good workmanship - they cleaned up after themselves - they were accommodating and friendly when we wanted to change some features I would recommend them to my friends and family
Sam and his crew were complete professionals from start to finish on our garage construction. They handled everything from ground prep and concrete finishing all the way through construction and roofing. They kept on schedule and provided an exceptionally high quality building for us. I would re-hire them in a heartbeat.
They fit us in to their busy schedule in early fall and completed the project quickly. Was impressed by their professionalism and workmanship. Will be booking them for a project in the spring.
Sam and his crew are gems. First of all, Sam actually answers email and phone calls in a prompt manner and clearly communicates. This is astoundingly rare in my experiences trying to find a contractor locally. Sam promptly produced quotes to help us budget, with the work transparently outlined.
