First visit with Dr. O. We were not rushed. She was very patient and listened to all our points/questions. She asked a lot of questions in order to diagnose issue. Explained medications. Overall, I'm very, very happy with Dr. O!
Dr. O was great, very kind and respectful, made sure to be very thorough to find the most likely cause of my symptoms. I was blown away by her intelligence as well— she was able to uncover a rare “one in a million” diagnosis way outside of neurology and referred me to the correct specialists for follow up. One of the best doctor experiences I’ve had in many years. I definitely recommend her.

Please stop making people jump through 200 hoops to get an appt with you. No email to send notes and medical records to in 2025. Can only be faxed. Demand a referral from pcp, when I can tell you 10 times more about my case history than a pcp can and have pages of notes. Absolutely ludicrous. All this does is slow down care and diagnosis. Belinda however was so incredibly sweet trying to help me, but your processes are egregious and wasteful. You should really be ashamed of the standard of care.
