The worst doctor I have ever seen - avoid at all costs. I have a mental health history. Under Dr. Potluri’s “care” I was a victim of diagnostic overshadowing. He told me that my sudden neurological symptoms were due to depression, anxiety, and somatization disorder with a pretty minimal workup. I spent years trying to escape this label until I finally found a doctor who could help me. I now have four neurosurgeries scheduled to treat my IJVS (and laundry list of other problems). How this man has such a high rating is beyond me. I found him cold, disinterested, disconnected from his care of me. I remember after having my first seizure in July of 2020. I was already a woman in my 40's so to get diagnosed with Epilepsy with what seemed like from out of nowhere was very overwhelming and difficult for me. The physician and staff are wonderful. Honestly, he is one of the smartest and best I have ever seen. However, the billing department is atrocious. They submitted my billing to the wrong insurance and tried to bill me thousands of dollars. Despite three phone calls where I am told it will get fixed, I continue getting harassing messages from their web portal telling me I owe them money and that they did bill it correctly. Dr. Potluri use to be my doctor when he worked in Lawrenceville. He was the best neurologist I've had. He's very patient and dont rush you out the office like some of these other neurologist I've been to.
