A compassionate and caring staff.That is what I need when I go see the Dr and/or his staff. They help me to not be afraid but give me a sense of comfort.
My appointment was with Nermin Aly, APN, regarding a history of migraines. The office was very prompt—my appointment time was 10:00 a.m., and that is exactly when I was called in. Nermin Aly, APN took the time to thoroughly explain my MRI results and carefully answered all of my questions. Throughout the entire visit, I never felt rushed. The worst doctor I have ever seen - avoid at all costs. I have a mental health history. Under Dr. Potluri’s “care” I was a victim of diagnostic overshadowing. He told me that my sudden neurological symptoms were due to depression, anxiety, and somatization disorder with a pretty minimal workup. I spent years trying to escape this label until I finally found a doctor who could help me. I now have four neurosurgeries scheduled to treat my IJVS (and laundry list of other problems).
