They messed up bad, real bad.
Dr. Madane's knowledge & bedside manner during my emergency hospitalization impressed me so that I switched to him from my previous gastroenterologist. He answered questions I didn't even know I had.
Refused to do a colonoscopy & endoscopy at the same time because he wanted to be paid for 2 separate procedures. Puts himself before patients, took a long phone call in the middle of my appointment. DURING COLONOSCOPY I WOKE UP ON THE TABLE. Left a voicemail about my results and when I called back for more information wanted to bill me for that phone call.
I went dr madane with a disgusting ailment and he examined me and very kindly told me to eat yogurt once a day. It's been a week now and my condition has improved. Very knowledgeable doctor. My experience was very satisfactory and so was the dealing with his office staff! Job well done, Thanks!
I am very happy to have found Dr. Madane. He is caring, knowledgable, and communicates well. I had no trouble making an appointment, and his staff is professional and friendly.
Makes you wait 3 weeks before he gives you any results or treatment plans after endoscopes or colonoscopies, regardless of how you feel or your ailment. He may or may not be there when you wake up from your procedure or make the nurse give you results because he's long gone. Again with NO treatment plan so you suffer with until you can see him in his office weeks later. This is not putting the patient first.
I went to see Dr. Madane due to a long term condition. He explained what he would do to treat me,what I could expect from the treatment, and answered all my questions. He is not only knowledgeable but a very compassionate person. I highly recommend Dr. Madane. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could!
• Referred to Dr. Madane September, 2017. I got a total upper and lower GI series • Bedside manner was professional. Explanation of my condition was thorough and well communicated His follow-up appts are in the proper time & thorough. He questions you with obvious concerns. This Doctor has no problem answering all questions you need answered. You definitely leave at comfort level one would hope for with their doctor. Don’t Pass up well rounded dedicated Doctor Board Certified!
