I highly highly recommend him and his Kettering staff!! Very welcoming and friendly. The doctor had already reviewed my file. Took the time to examine and discuss all options and information. I came there to have a procedure and with his professional opinion he felt it truly wasn’t needed. I respect that and appreciate the time he took !!
I actually like Dr Sri. He doesn’t spend “a lot” of time with you as a patient. But he’s very direct and doesn’t waste time. As a busy mom,I like that. His front office leaves a lot to be desired. They are not personable or professional at all. At every visit I feel like they do not want to be bothered with assisting patients at all. They do not smile, they do not greet you. I visited this place two years ago because I had itchy scabs and boils on my scalp and eyebrows. My old primary care provider referred me, mentioning a bald spot as well. But the doctor I saw barely gave me five minutes, was rude and dismissive, and then had the audacity to diagnose me with psoriasis. Great experience, friendly staff, very professional.
The doctor was very dismissive. He implied that there was no value in a diagnosis if something has no treatment. I had to push him to actually look into my issue, since he was ready to show me the door as soon as the appointment started. I should not have had to argue with him in order to have my concerns taken seriously. Update: I went back for suture removal. The doctor tried to refer me to a “functional medicine doctor”.
