We purchased their 420 model machine to offer a service to our small community of growers with the expectation that Sri instruments would deliver on their promise to set up the machine and train our staff on how to use it. Not only did they not do this, but they asked me to pay for the service and when I was not able to afford that expense, they refused to offer me any over the phone assistance to ensure I am operating the machine correctly.
