Bring a lunch if you plan on ordering from this Sonic – My husband went to this Sonic to get lunch for him, me, and the kids. After he got the order placed for him and me, the kids finally called to say what they wanted. Instead of bringing the order in a reasonable period of time, they took about 15 minutes to bring the first part of the order. Lied to him at least 3 times about getting out the second part of the order and finally decided to bring it out a full 45 minutes (yup that's 45 minutes) AFTER they brought out the f... read more

Hire Security – Went to the location at Poplar and Hollywood around 10pm. I drive a large super crew pick up and I must park in areas not too crowed so that I can get in and out easily. Once I got parked, turned off the engine and pressed the button to order, the person taking the order told me that I had to move closer to the door or something for the employees safety. I don't mind a little safety, but it was not convieniant at all for me to have to restart my truck, and move in closer. I looked to see what spaces were open... read more

An Overall Decent Fast Food Experience – No complaints about this drive-in. We go when they have their weekly specials since the regular prices is a little bit steeper than some competition. The hamburgers are bigger and tastier than better known (i.e. more ad dollars spent) fast food competitors. The service here has always been acceptable.

if you going to have fast food, get SONIC! – As far as fast food goes, this place is way different than all the other places I've ever been. I first had sonic's in MISSISSIPPI, it was so much fun and so cool compared to you're standard drive thru. You get to have your own individual menu and spot and order your food and they bring in right out to your car. They have a lot of different things on their menu but I really go there for the drinks! they have over 150 drink combo's you can make with all the flavorings they have. I ... read more

Very good cheap eats – Sonic Drive in has been one of my favorite fast food places to eat for a long time. My all time favorite would have to be the coconut cream pie shake. I did however have the brown bag special (2 burgers, 2 fries, and a 2 drinks for 7 bucks). Well the only complaint would be the bun was super for the small burger.

Retro-outfitted servers deliver burgers, malts and sandwiches to your car at this '50s-style drive-in chain. – In Short Founded in 1953 as a hamburger-and-root-beer stand, this nostalgic eatery is known for its intercom ordering system and roller-skating carhops. While servers rarely roller skate anymore, the famous made-to-order, all-beef burgers and thick malts are still menu favorites. Other signature items include Toaster sandwiches (made with thick Texas toast), extra-long chili and cheese hot dogs and hand-battered oni... read more
