I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Bhumis office. The staff was great, and Dr. Bhumi was very thorough, she was able to diagnose me quickly and make me feel safe .

I've seen Dr. Bhumi several times and let me tell you she is the best. Very professional! she took her time to explain to me my issues and saw that she really cares and is concerned with my situation. Her staff is very helpful,courteous, friendly and knowledgeable as well.
Horrible wait time. I do not care how good of a doctor she might be. If you over book patients and take away from there time because you like to see as many patients as possible in a day, how could you be a good health provider? A good doctor wouldn't have patients waiting 2.5 hours.
Best doctor ever!! I'm so sad I can't not longer see her, since she doesn't take my new insurance. Missing you Doctor Bhumi!
I went in for a colonoscopy July 27,2016. Dr. Bhumi answers any questions you have so you are able to understand what is happening. She does this with patience and respect. I'm glad to have her as my doctor.
We followed Dr Bhumi from her Freeport office to Garden City. She is competent and kind. Her office staff rescheduled my husband yesterday from a 9:30am to a 7:45 am appt. We arrived at 7:30, there were 6 people here and no doctor! It is now 10:53 am and they are FINALLY starting his procedure. I already switched doctors because of numerous other RIDICULOUSLY LONG waits in her office. My husband will be doing the same. Sorry Dr . Bhumi, but our time is valuable too.
I have a very serious and difficult condition to treat and Dr. Bhumi has gone out of her way to treat me in any way she can. She has also reached out to other specialists on several occasions to see if they can be of help. She is thorough in my periodic exam and always expresses a genuine concern about my condition. The staff is courteous and efficient. Although wait time may be slightly longer than average, good things come to those who wait.
Appointment wait time is ridiculous. Wait-time for an endoscopy was 3 hours!! Staff needs to get it together as well in regard to booking appointments. Told me I had one thing, and then I come back two years later complaining about the exact same thing, and she tells me it's something else.
