These people are rude and only around to steal your money. The claimed that they could find me a 2 bedroom for a 1 bedroom voucher then had to call another lady for her to tell me that both dudes lied and doesn't know why they would. But of course it's to take your money. Then the main guy on the phone is hella rude.
The guy who answers the phone is horrible at customer service. I am surprised they are still in business. I gotta make the time to go to their office downtown (if that place even exists) and pay him a visit to see if he is this bold in person.
Spoke to Mike his instructions were horrible. Very Rude Very Unprofessional!!!!! Why would I pay a Fee before I see any property. This place is a scam SAVE YOUR money
Appalled is an understatement. Unsurprisingly the same experience as others... Male answered the line, cut me off while I expressed what I was calling for to begin his interrogation regarding my background & finances... literally rapid fire questions condescending tone, literal rude responses. stated I wouldn't go see any properties but I'd go to the office for a showing, I asked for clarification and he cut me off to say " I'm getting to that, would you like me to continue?" I called some weeks back and think I got the guy that everyone is complaining about. He insulted me by saying what I was looking for wouldn't bring in enough of a commission for a realtor to show me multiple places and then he eventually hung up on me. What I hate is I've seen some nice places but they're listed as the property managers so I don't even call.
