After 3-day fast and confirmation for colonoscopy. Staff told me I have no appointment. Convince them otherwise entered filthy outdated facility, assistant extremely rude. Told me roll over on side for insertion as I was rolling yelled HURRY UP I replied have painful back condition he replies you'll be in a lot more pain if you don't hurry up. Dr. Vangara listens to all your issues your having and comments on each and everyone of them. He's down to earth and easy to talk to. He and staff make you feel comfortable in the office. Great Doctor I would recommend to anyone needing a gastro Dr.

From the get-go after confirming my appointment two days prior and a 2-day fast upon arrival they insisted I had no appointment that my appointment was booked by someone else with the same name and birth date. My Medicare PCP referred me for a colonoscopy to this doctor. I have called the number at least eight times over the past month and 1/2 and every single time it rings no answer, and then the message comes on saying mailbox full try your call again later. If they can't handle their communications better than this, I don't want to trust them to put a pipe up my butt!
Caring and compassionate
Do not go there for endoscopy or colonoscopy. Very unprofessional experience. Seemed unclean, no privacy. Avoid any procedures with this doctor. Submitted Oct 22, 2022
Dr. Vangara performed my routine colonoscopy. Initial consult was detailed, explained his concerns about family history of colon cancer. Procedure done with compassionate, professional staff. Followup to personally discuss results was unique experience for me and appreciated. Answered all questions. They set reminder for next procedure. Highly recommend!
