Switched to this company for car insurance about maybe 6 months ago. Little did I know that was the worst mistake ever!!! Recently got a letter in the mail stating my license would be suspended if I didn’t insure my vehicle in a certain amount of time but I was paying for car insurance with these people, so I was very confused. Hard to get ahold of. Did not answer phone or return emails. I went elsewhere.
Had my car insurance policy with Sreenan for 10+ years... even after moving out of Rockford didn't have a single issue. For reasons I don't understand, I've been trying to reach out to Doug multiple times and he didn't answer my phone while I was making an important trip out of the country.
