My wife has been seeking Dr. V for over 3 years. She is nice although hard to understand with her accent. Her office is deplorable...Ifffff you are able to get someone to answer you are put on hold. Today for over 20 minutes.. It is almost impossible to get orders sent for prescriptions or bloodwork. They always claim they either sent a FAX that was never received by CVS after several promises or claims they never got a request. Doctor Vasudervan is a amazing doctor, but the stuff doesn't return our calls. I left message yesterday and I was a lot of pain. I knew the ER was not able to do anything because they will send me home to follow up with my rheumatologist. So I have been in lot of pain and no one calls me back. My appointment is not until October 11. So, I guess I have to wait for October.
