Horrible deceptive organization!!! Do not stay or work in any of their hotels!!!
good company to work for very sweet owners and staff, I think they should open up some properties on the West Coast or Atlanta Georgia they'll do VERY WELL, just my personal opinion.
Terrible customer satisfaction at the Aloft Hotel in Charolotte City Center by Ali. I brought a team of 11 and rented rooms and a business room and he denied giving me hotel ppoints as the payor and manager of the meeting. Bad reputation projected to Marriott too!
