Beware of this company!! Joe told us he only has a 2 year warranty for his work. SRD replaced our roof with aluminum shingles in 2018. It took about 2 weeks to complete because it was one guy working on it. Then they tried leaving without installing a downspout, so we had to call Joe to make them come back to finish the job. The gutters are not seamless. We’ve had a constant drip right above our front door which is VERY annoying and dangerous when it freezes. Roof and raingutters leak.
After paying him for a roof and brick repair job, we could NOT get him to come back and finish the job. It's been 5 months, and we even sourced the materials to complete the job, and Joe Leavitt won't come do it. Be sure that job is 100% complete before you pay for it!

Not only do they work on homes, but I was fortunate enough to have a conversation with JOE the owner. Was telling him about my trailer (bumper pull) and how the roof was leaking. He was able to do what others could not. He was pretty fast at getting to look at it. He did a great job
