SRD is a local, family owned business in San Bernardino. When we decided to have our HVAC Ducts replaced, we sought out 3 bids from well established HVAC companies. When we called SRD, they agreed to come by and give us a quote the next day. Scott, listened carefully to us and then went into our attic to take a look at our ductwork. It was 120° outside and 90°+ inside. My A/C wasn't cooling the air at all. Called SRD to repair the problem. They came out on a Saturday morning and had thing going in about an hour. The A/C has never worked as well as it does now. When it's a 100° in the afternoon, I turn on the a/c and the house is 74° in minutes.
Scott came as soon as he can and at the scheduled time. The AC unit was out for only a day! He quickly fixed the AC unit and the price was extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend SRD Heating and Air Conditioning! Already added their phone number to my phone as my Favorites in case I need their service again! Thanks again Scott for your help!
