From responding quickly to getting my truck in for repair to pick up was a smooth process. Chris and his co-workers were all great with everything! Even with the "snow storm of 2019" my truck was ready on time for pick up. A loaner car was available, the truck was cleaned up after being fixed and was even waiting for me warming up for pick up since it was snowing out. I live in St Charles around many auto body shops but will drive to SRC for any future work.
SRC went above and beyond to help us out after my daughter was in an accident. Chris and Susan were so wonderful to work with. I can't say enough good things about them! Would highly recommend this company!

They did an awesome job on my 2015 Chevy Equinox after I got rear ended. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Susan was great when I had an issue with the rental company. She was able to contact them and get my issue resolved quickly. Would highly recommend them!!!
Everyone there is very friendly, they kept me updated with my repairs, and worked with my deductible like they said they would. I am very pleased and will keep these guys in mind for future business as well as recommend them to anyone needing repairs!
They cover EVERYTHING! From a rental car to the insurance company, after a collision the last thing you need is a prolonged headache from the insurance company who wants you to go to their body shop, don't go there, go HERE because it is your choice where your vehicle gets fixed!
