Do NOT rent from this group. In the pictures and walk through of a rental property, they left the blinds up knowing that they were ruined. I go through and fill out the sheet mentioning the repairs that needed done before moving in. I did not pull the blinds down until after move in and did not update the sheet. I got charged over a hundred dollars for repairs for damage that I did NOT do. Do not appreciate how this was handled on their end.
