The staff is always so polite & welcoming no matter which department you are working with no matter via phone, online or in person so what more can you ask for. Of course, Dr Sekine is without a doubt the best! Myself & adult children see him as well & will always continue.
The surgery scheduler Amanda is rude, unethical, unempathetic, and totally unprofessional. I had a terrible experience dealing with her and my feelings are extremely hurt. The doctors are great, however, you will not be treated correctly by Amanda. She weight shamed me over the phone and I have never been so disrespected in my entire life.
