Nice kind people polite helpful and professional
The customer service department is extremely disappointing. Despite all the fees customers pay, the representatives consistently have a condescending tone and show no willingness to listen or resolve issues. The representative is VERA, she needs to be fired.
Posting shows Open until 5PM, I am calling it is 11:30AM and no answer and on hold for 30 min.
