Don’t know why they have low rating, I received good customer service, wasn’t as busy and both in person and over the phone they assisted me in all the things I need done for me to be ready to go.
Nice kind people polite helpful and professional
The customer service department is extremely disappointing. Despite all the fees customers pay, the representatives consistently have a condescending tone and show no willingness to listen or resolve issues. The representative is VERA, she needs to be fired.
