Rob Langer and the crew that came out to install our microwave, water softener, and now the Air Conditioner were absolutely wonderful! Talk about professional, timely, and competent -- these folks know what they're doing. Very prompt diagnostic service on our water heater, with extra precautions taken to ensure that the problem was correctly identified (thermocouple that I had recently replaced was swapped out for another new one to make sure that wasn't the issue). I've used S&R two times now for a furnace and A/C tune-up. The service I receive is very courteous and professional. Options for repair/replacement are explained in detail.
