It has been a pleasure to work with SR Developers. In 2020, SR Developers completed a full gut renovation of a 3/2, 1,400 sqft single-family house in Atlanta that I currently rent out. I’ve worked with SR Developers on two different projects. These guys are wonderful. I’ve used other contractors in the past with mixed results. Often, as a woman, contractors have tried to gaslight me, saying they never agreed to something or have charged surprise fees, etc. Sam, who leads the company, has never once done that and it’s so refreshing!
