My job was booked for between 9:00am and 12:00pm. I called three times during the morning requesting an estimated arrival time or the contractor’s contact details this company allocated the job to, but was repeatedly told “no contact details” and no reply from the third party contractor At 12:00pm, I called again to advise I was leaving the house and was assured I would receive a call 30 minutes before anyone attended. Most unprofessional Building company. Do more damage then good and are very incompetent often leave jobs only half done and incomplete. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Rude, arrogant, LAZY, employees that do as little as possible to maintain properties they are contracted, AND PAID MONEY, to take care of. Avoid using at ALL costs!!
I would like to recognise and congratulate Iverson for his professional approach to his work. I have recently experienced plumbing issue with my unit, on 2 occasions he was called in to complete work - Iverson has the ability to problem solve, indentify the issue and and fix the issue with minimal fuss. Well done mate! No doubt you have a great future ahead of you. cheers Michael
