If you need a job done 4-5 times before it’s done right these are the people for you !! Especially if you like being abused by management to cover up there incompetence when the job isn’t done right . Thay take no responsibility for the shoty work or for the damages they do . I would give them 0 starts if I could, if you have free will and options to go elsewhere! Unfortunately they are contracted to my strata. The plumber flooded my bathroom. Didn’t apologise, didn’t bring it to my attention while my house was flooding. As soon as I noticed I jumped into action and started working on moving the water away from my carpets. My grandparents needed some work done at their house and the contractors who attended were extremely lovely, kind and compassionate of my grandparents situation. My grandparents cannot speak highly enough of the staff members in the office, the contractors and the supervisors who they spoke with and who attended their home.
They attended my grandparents house and did some electrical work for them. Everyone involved was extremely respectful and nice. Can’t thank them enough.
