We hired SR Construction for a remodeling job for one of our restrooms. At first some issues came out and I was very unhappy. However; the owner himself took initiative and made a trip to my house. He saw my anguish and frustration and immediately remedied the situation and made it all to what we wanted. He gave his word and not once did he quit until we were completely satisfied.
