Plus, you only had my husband sign a paper for One Policy Number that is for our residential home. My wife has been calling for three weeks to confirm whether our roof is still under warranty. We noticed some damage in the ceiling; we believe it is due to a roof leak. The young lady answered the phone, saying that they would send someone to inspect our roof, and they did after two weeks, but the person was not able to tell anything about the warranty either. I called this morning, but there was no answer.
Third Review-- I looked up on Buildzoom.com today and found out SR Construction License expired in the year 2021 and really need our money back because you have not had your License for 4 years now! We hired SR Construction for a remodeling job for one of our restrooms. At first some issues came out and I was very unhappy. However; the owner himself took initiative and made a trip to my house. He saw my anguish and frustration and immediately remedied the situation and made it all to what we wanted. He gave his word and not once did he quit until we were completely satisfied.
