Terrible wedding reception. Annex was freezing cold! No coat check! Limited bar and have to go around to restaurant for mixed drinks! Staff refused to get piece of wedding cake for my disabled daughter who could come to her brother's wedding reception! Very uncaring and disorganized!

Regarding the bar & coat check, unfortunately those are both things that are part of different wedding packages, and the package from Friday's wedding did not include mixed drinks or coat check. I do hope you will understand. I do apologize about the temperature and what you mentioned about your daughter; could you provide more details about that? (Describe the staff member, what they said, etc.) We will look into these issues immediately.
Have been coming to Sqwires for brunch for a few years and today we showed up at 1:00, it took 10 minutes for a hostess to speak with us. The hostess was rude and not accommodating. We were told she could not seat our party of 3 before they closed which was in 2 hours. Never again.

I do want to let you know that we just updated our Sunday brunch hours to end at 2:00pm and not 3:00pm. It is updated on everything except our door right now - that is next on our list!
