just paid 30 for the platinum wash. what a waste. car came out of wash with dead bugs still on front end and windshield, back end still covered in soap. they definetly won't be getting any more of my business. TOTAL FAIL!

went thru the car wash today. when i pulled around to vacuum there was still soap on my truck and my bed was full of soapy water. my roof was still dirty and bugs were still all over the front bumper and grille. i wasnt expecting my truck to look perfect but i was expecting it to be cleaner than that. tidal wave on 96 is alot better.

Visited for the first time today and was very pleased with the service and car wash itself. The young man who I spoke to at the "window" was very helpful and professional, AND he actually had a personality and sense of humor! The wash itself was very quiet and cleaned my vehicle much better than what I've been getting. There was no soap left under my window guards and under my back windshield guard, and no black tar-like substance sprayed all over my vehicle that I had to scrub off. I am constantly having my car washed. The heat makes it difficult for me to wipe down my car and also vacuum due to my health issues, however, the way they have it set up is fantastic. A lot of shade, and surprisingly quiet. During the wash was also quiet. And bonus... they had dogs out there for adoption ❤️ the set up for them was pretty nice as well. The staff was very nice and welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend 😁
