Everything was great until I submitted my intent to cancel through their online form in late October. They said they required 30-day notice before the next bill so I expected the November 1st charge. I didn't hear back once I submitted the form, but that has happened with other places in the past. What I didn't expect was to get charged again on December 1st. Talk to a guy think his name was mark he was so nice and understanding and did everything to help me find the right size unit for the best price really enjoyed him great customer service an he had he smiling the whole call
I've had a storage here for over 2.5 years and it was a great experience. Everyone is nice, pleasant, and friendly. I'm moving, so I'm getting my stuff out of storage, but if I ever need one again, I would definitely choose TNT.
