Probably the worst homeowners association to live in. Moved in 3 years ago and I didn't even have furniture in my home and I was getting letters that my property was being sent to an attorney. Ended up losing my job a month after purchasing my home and they ended up shutting off my ability to pay the dues. Try my best to pay them but they wouldn't accept my money and had to go through an attorney that charged an extra $5,000 in order for me just to pay $50 in dues.
