Professional and prompt
My boyfriend and I went in about a month and a half ago for a tux and we had phenomenal service by the lady in the black hair. Well we went a few weeks ago for something for him and the blonde lady was so rude when we had went and the return process was even worse. We felt as if our time wasn’t valued and overall just a bad experience. Only giving 3 stars because of the black hair lady, wish she would have been there to help us out instead.
