My friend lives here, apartments are small and the rent is high.
Lived here for about 6 years parking was started to become limited.
Some of the buildings are in great shape and some aren't. There is a lot of parking for people who live there and the grounds are kept in really nice shape.
Valentino the property manager or whatever, was nice enough to show me the unit on FaceTime. Looked good, signed the lease with deposit and everything. The night I tired to move in. Immediately saw roaches going inside of the stove and on the sink. Left immediately. Called him the next day, he was nice enough to give my deposit back because he didn’t want to argue with me but then texted me saying.
