My family and I moved here. It’s a decent area. The lawn gets mowed regularly and the tenants are nice enough. Cats are allowed and the utilities, except electric, are included. The manager works hard. I don’t think he’s mean, just not trying to be friends with everyone and wants to get work done. Other then that, I really can’t complain. Everyone has different experiences. Mine has been positive.
I've lived in Squire Village for a little over two years and I really love it here. It's generally quiet, small pets are allowed, the rent is fair, all utilities except for electric are included, we have laundry rooms on the premises, and the superintendent lives here too. All in all a pretty cozy place to live.
