Worst customer service! I came to an appointment since I was ready to sign for the lease and I was told in person that my appointment was cancelled and there was supposed voice mails, txt messages, and phone calls sent to my daughter and she never received anything! My daughter called since she’s the one who’s been receiving all the phone calls and the woman who spoke with my daughter was very rude and bothered. Worst customer service! I tried calling for 4 days to ask for a 1 bedroom available and the lady kept telling me no one was available at this time. I called again within an hour or 2 and I still got the same answer. They even took down my name and phone number but never got back to me. Seems like management isn’t good at all!
