I do not recommend anyone to ever live in any of these apartments. This is the absolute worst customer service experience ever. No one answers the phone. I have called multiple times to try to speak with someone about my boyfriend's moving out statement because they charged him a late fee and a double charge for water/sewer for absolutely no reason (he is not available in the day to call because of his job). If anyone ever needs any help go to Ebony! She is amazing, she made us feel like we were a priority and told us everything we needed to know!
Ebony met me for the first time today and it felt like we knew each other for years. She sat down with me and went above and beyond to help me find an apartment. She looked at styles and amenities for me that I didn’t even know I wanted/ needed. 10/10 I would see her again
This place is awful, my boyfriend lives here and has had so many issues. First when his refrigerator broke after just purchasing groceries, they left him 4/5 days without a refrigerator. And then he noticed the washing machine was leaking, he contacted maintenance and maintenance came and took apart the washing machine and then left and said they’d be back….They never came back. Total scam. Nothing works. Nasty staff. Do not move here. Edited to add that some more charges were sent to collections despite I was not notified of this. They gave me permission to move out early, and I'm not sure why I was charged. I moved out after my apartment was freezing because the front door couldn't keep the cold out, and none of my appliances worked.
