Do not move here! I lived here for 5 years. The apartment constantly flooded due to poor maintenance, and it is full of mold. Every time I called maintenance, they were rude and caused damage to the apartment, which I was later charged for. Not to mention the place is frequented by mice that not even my cats could keep up with. Several tenants shamelessly smoke inside their apartments. I could go on all day. This complex is a huge health & safety hazard. I’d rather go ANYWHERE ELSE!
As an organization, I don't see respect their tenants in my opinion. ☆☆ The individual people who have been extremely helpful Donnie property manager and Ryan from maintenance. ☆☆ There are good people here. But this is my experience: We moved in here to escape a DV situation and were told a place was ready and available. I do not recommend anyone to ever live in any of these apartments. This is the absolute worst customer service experience ever. No one answers the phone. I have called multiple times to try to speak with someone about my boyfriend's moving out statement because they charged him a late fee and a double charge for water/sewer for absolutely no reason (he is not available in the day to call because of his job). If anyone ever needs any help go to Ebony! She is amazing, she made us feel like we were a priority and told us everything we needed to know!
Ebony met me for the first time today and it felt like we knew each other for years. She sat down with me and went above and beyond to help me find an apartment. She looked at styles and amenities for me that I didn’t even know I wanted/ needed. 10/10 I would see her again
